1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised and promoted by Dermastore® ("the Promoter").
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway runs from 15 June 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of South Africa who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
4. How to Enter
Purchase a dermalogica Futurecode Booster from Dermastore® during the Promotion Period.
Each qualifying product purchased constitutes one (1) entry into the giveaway.
Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry requires the purchase of a separate dermalogica Futurecode Booster product.
5. Prize
There is one (1) prize to be won.
The prize consists of an Oura Ring 4 supplied via a gift voucher for redemption through an authorised Oura Ring retailer in South Africa.
The prize includes a complimentary fitting service at the authorised retailer to assist with sizing and fulfilment.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be selected by random draw after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their order, via email and/or telephone.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the initial notification attempt, Dermastore® reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The winner will be drawn after 31 July 2026 and announced on Dermastore®'s social media channels once verification has been completed.
7. Prize Conditions
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The prize may not be exchanged for any other Dermastore® or dermalogica products or services.
Any costs not expressly included in the prize description shall be for the winner's own account.
8. General
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Dermastore® reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Protection of Personal Information
Participants consent to Dermastore® processing their personal information for purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner, in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation.
