Sending proof of payments
Place an order only when you are ready to pay via your online banking
Send to orders@dermastore.co.za immediately after placing an order
If we don't receive proof of payment within 3 hours, we'll cancel your order
Use your order number as proof of payment ie. #1022932
Orders will only be dispatched once we receive the funds in full into our bank account. Funds can take up 2-3 working days to reflect, depending who you bank with.
