Generally speaking, if a product is sold out on Dermastore® you can expect that it will be replenished within 1 - 3 days. It has gone out of stock because of an unpredicted sales trend.

We try to plan ahead as best as possible, but the internet can be an unpredictable place! Fortunately, we have good relationships with our suppliers and they are quick to replenish us. You can contact us if you want to be notified when an item comes back into stock.

If something has gone out of stock for a longer period, we'll make a special note on the product page, and also provide an estimated replenishment date. This usually happens when a product coming from abroad hits international delays - customs etc.

We hold every item in stock at our fulfillment center.

If an item can be Added to Cart, then it is physically present on our premises. We don't generally allow for back-ordering unless it's a special circumstance.
