If you've placed your order before 3:45pm, you can generally expect your order to be delivered next business day. Our last collection happens around 4pm.

If you place your order later in the day or evening, it will only go out with the following day's orders.

Outside of the Western Cape, our parcels are all airfreighted overnight and go out for delivery the following morning.

Delivery times can be slightly more variable depending on how remote your delivery address is. 

For the most part, you can expect your order in 2 - 5 business days time. It usually depends on the schedule of our courier, but generally, they service remote areas up to three times a week. 

It is worth mentioning that most of our customers are surprised how quickly their products are delivered to remote locations!

Deliveries won't take place on public holidays and weekends. Please contact us for a special quote for delivery on these days.

Logistics is not an exact science, so please bare in mind exceptions do happen from time to time. Roads can be affected by bad weather, traffic accidents and so forth so if your parcel has not yet been delivered, remember you can track your parcel from under "My Account" using your order number, or from your completed order email.
