If you are a Dermastore® member (ie. you have signed up and completed our online skin assessment) then you can sign-in into your Dermastore® account and under My Account click > Track Order inputting your order number.
Your order number can found in your completed order email, or you can find and track your order under My Account > Orders.
If you purchased on Dermastore® not being signed-in (guest checkout), then you'll need to find your completed order email and click the "track order" button in that email. If you supplied an incorrect email address when placing your order, you would not have any received this email.
